Product unavailability due to demand or supply interruptions

Food is intended for immediate consumption. Customers must monitor their own dietary allergies and health sensitivities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, brand names, logos, images, product designs, vending machine artwork, and digital materials related to My Vending Ramen King are protected intellectual property.

You may NOT:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any company materials

Use brand assets for advertising without written permission

Create similar vending brands with confusing likeness

Unauthorized use may result in legal enforcement and damages.

6. Partnerships & Franchise Terms

For business partnerships including distribution, franchise, wholesale supply, or machine placement:

All partnerships must be governed by a formal Partnership or Franchise Agreement

The agreement must be reviewed and signed by both parties

Branding, marketing, and public representation must align with company guidelines

Unauthorized replication of machines or branding is prohibited

Violation of partnership terms may result in immediate termination

Upon partnership termination, all rights to use My Vending Ramen King’s branding, machines, product images, and marketing assets must cease immediately. Outstanding balances must be paid as outlined in the executed agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Vending Ramen King shall not be held responsible for:

Damages resulting from misuse of products or vending machines

Losses from machine malfunctions or technical interruptions

Personal injury or allergic reactions related to product consumption

Third-party service interruptions including payment processors

Lost profits, incidental damages, or data loss

Use of services is at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Data Usage
