From a young age, Kenji spent countless hours in his family’s small ramen shop, perfecting the art of broth, noodles, and hospitality. Guided by tradition and driven by innovation, he dedicated his life to mastering flavors that honor centuries-old craftsmanship while embracing technology for the future.
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Kenji set out to bring authentic Japanese ramen to people everywhere — fast, fresh, and unforgettable. His vision led to the creation of My Vending Ramen King, a revolutionary vending system that brings premium handcrafted ramen bowls to convenience stores, malls, airports, universities, and workplaces.
